Community Care HUD Housing, Inc. (CCHHI) consists of two fully-accessible group homes with open floor plans that have been designed to serve Community Care members who have physical disabilities. The homes include 24/7 care and services and are licensed as CBRF residential facilities. Qualifying residents pay 30% of their gross adjusted income as their monthly rent charge.
