About St. Clare Properties
St. Clare Properties, formerly St. Clare Management, is a housing management corporation that was founded by the School Sisters of St. Francis in 1989. They have 30+ years of providing quality affordable housing and guidance to low-income individuals. In 2023, Capri Communities merged with St. Clare Management and assumed management responsibilities for the St. Clare properties. To avoid management confusion, St. Clare Management was changed to St. Clare Properties.
While the name has slightly changed, the same St. Clare personalized experience and depth of affordable housing knowledge that was there in the beginning remains today.
